All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)

Standard shipping times may vary depending on your location but typically range between 3 to 7 business days after the order has been shipped.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited or express shipping options are available at checkout. Estimated delivery for express shipping is 1 to 3 business days, depending on your region. Additional charges apply based on the selected service.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance processes.

Important Notes for International Orders:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.

  • Delays caused by customs or international carriers are beyond our control.

Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Chandi Jewels Inc is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced parcels. We do not offer refunds or credits for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delivery issues.

Currency & Pricing

All product prices, shipping fees, and applicable taxes are listed and processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Tracking Your Order
